| Core Tip |
This study highlights the synergistic effect of combining irreversible electroporation with anti-programmed cell death protein 1 therapy in the treatment of subcutaneous pancreatic cancer. The combination significantly enhances T lymphocyte infiltration, elevates key cytokine levels, and promotes CD8+ T cell-mediated immune responses, resulting in a marked reduction in tumor volume. These findings suggest a promising avenue for improving immunotherapy strategies in pancreatic cancer through enhanced local tumor ablation methods. |
