Core Tip |
This report highlights a rare case of rectal schwannoma that was not identified before resection but was successfully treated with endoscopic full-thickness resection alone, without the need for additional therapy. Our experience suggests that this technique may be a simple and effective treatment for colorectal submucosal tumors that are difficult to diagnose preoperatively, especially when there is no lymph node involvement. |
