| Core Tip |
Studies indicate that the exosome hydrogel composite demonstrates exceptional efficacy in facilitating the healing of deep burn wounds and managing infection. It has anti-inflammatory effects, promotes wound healing, and facilitates the transition of M1 macrophages to M2 macrophages by blocking the nuclear factor κB pathway, thereby offering a novel strategy for the clinical utilization of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes. |
