Core Tip |
Thirty days subsequent to undergoing T-tube cholangiography following common bile duct exploration and cholecystectomy, a patient was diagnosed with recurrent common bile duct stones by magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography. Despite the rarity of common bile duct stone recurrence within such a brief postoperative interval, this case underscores the imperative for clinicians to remain highly vigilant concerning the potential for early postoperative recurrence. |
