| Core Tip |
Serrated Polyposis Syndrome (SPS) is a rare and clinically significant condition, marked by the presence of multiple serrated colorectal polyps, significantly increasing the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). By a comprehensive overview of its pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, management strategies, and the psychosocial impact on patients, a more individualized surveillance approach to minimize the risk of CRC associated with SPS should be developed. |
