| Core Tip |
Single-nucleotide polymorphisms of folate metabolic enzymes are not correlated with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). The G mutant allele of melatonin receptor 1B (MTNR1B) rs10830963 is a risk factor for GDM. Interactions between the MTNR1B rs10830963 and CHEMERIN rs4721 gene variants are associated with an increased risk for GDM. |
