Core Tip |
This study analyzed the 3-year survival rate and influencing factors of primary gastric cancer patients after laparoscopic surgery, offering guidance for clinical management. A retrospective study of 100 patients (2019-2021) showed a 73.00% survival rate. Multivariate analysis found key survival factors: Age, tumor-node-metastasis stage, tumor size, depth of invasion, and lymph node metastasis. These findings provide new perspectives to improve the prognosis of primary gastric cancer patients after laparoscopic surgery and emphasize the importance of multidisciplinary teamwork and individualized treatment plans in enhancing patients’ survival rates and quality of life. |
