Core Tip |
This study explored the impact of a timing-theory-guided three-stage integrated nursing intervention (TSIN) on postoperative recovery in gastric cancer patients. Results showed that compared to routine nursing care, TSIN significantly reduced time to get out of bed, achieve gastrointestinal motility, and have the first mealtime, along with a shorter hospital stay. TSIN also improved psychological adjustment capabilities and quality of life while reducing psychological stress and cancer-related fatigue. Timing theory-guided TSIN is beneficial for the postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients. |
