Antibiotic resistance is one of the main factors that determine the treatment effect of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. H. pylori resistance spectrum varies in different regions. We investigated the current status of H. pylori antibiotic resistance in Hunan Province, and analyzed the related factors of resistance, so as to provide strategies for accurate clinical treatment of H. pylori infection. The resistance rate of H. pylori to amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole is high in Hunan Province, and age, stomach disease and H. pylori reinfection may affect the antibiotic resistance of H. pylori. |
