This article discusses the effectiveness of the RESET care program, a digital health intervention integrating a personalized diet, structured exercise, and cognitive behavioral therapy for managing metabolic dysfunction-associated liver disease. Delivered via a mobile app supported by Internet of Things devices, the program provides real-time, patient-centred monitoring and support. The study demonstrated that participants receiving the full intervention (diet, exercise, and cognitive behavioral therapy) achieved superior weight reduction and anthropometric improvements, meeting the critical 7% weight loss threshold for improving metabolic dysfunction-associated liver disease outcomes. The RESET care program underscores the transformative potential of digital health platforms in providing scalable, effective solutions for chronic disease management. |
