Core Tip |
This paper highlights a rare case of bilateral congenital hallux varus in a child, accompanied by metatarsus adductus and a positive familial history. Two years of conservative treatment led to no improvement, therefore, surgical intervention, including osteotomy and soft tissue corrections, achieved satisfactory outcomes. congenital hallux varus’s multifactorial etiology and classification challenges are discussed, emphasizing the importance of thorough evaluation and obtaining a detailed family history. |
