Obesity is an important risk factor for NAFLD. But NAFLD can also happen in lean subjects. Chinese have lower BMI than Americans and Europeans but similar prevalence of NAFLD. It may have different metabolic characters in China. Herein, we conducted this study to characterize metabolic features of Lean NAFLD and identify its association with metabolic disorders. |
