Core Tip	Adenosquamous carcinoma rarely occurs in the pancreas, and is characterized by the presence of cellular components from both duct adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma. Here, we describe sarcomatous change arose in the special tumor. How to explore the origin of the three different cellular components? Is it’s treatment special? This report will provide a reference case for other surgeons.
