This letter emphasizes standardized tools such as Subjective Global Assessment and bioelectrical impedance analysis for risk assessment and hepatic encephalopathy management. We advocate longitudinal studies and multidisciplinary care to improve outcomes, particularly post-transplantation outcomes. |
