Core Tip Abnormal iron metabolism plays critical role in paclitaxel-resistant of esophageal cancer cells. Qige San (QG) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula that reported to improve short-term therapeutic effects of esophageal cancer. To investigate the effects and regulatory mechanisms involved in QG-targeted paclitaxel-resistant esophageal cancer cells. QG could repress the resistance of esophageal cancer cells to paclitaxel via targeting PI3K signaling pathway.
