| Core Tip |
Serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and chitinase-3-like protein 1 are markedly elevated in pancreatic cancer patients, with these biomarkers showing strong correlations with tumor invasiveness, metastatic potential, and patient prognosis. This study is to investigate the value of serum tumour markers in combination with serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and serum chitinase-3-like protein 1 in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. The combined detection can significantly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and its different stages, providing a new effective concept for the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. |
