Core Tip Core tip- Primary splenic lymphoma is a rare entity, can present with grave complications like hypersplenism and splenic rupture. In such circumstances, emergency splenectomy is an effective therapeutic and diagnostic tool. Now a days laparoscopic splenectomy is emerging because of minimal complications. Postoperative anticoagulation is important to prevent Portal Splenic Vein Thrombosis (PVST)
