Core Tip This is the first papper to elaborate the efficacy of probiotics in Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in adults by a meta-analsis.And we find that supplementary probiotic preparations during standard triple H. pylori therapy in adults have beneficial effects on the eradication rate and the incidence of total adverse effects, particularly diarrhea.
