Renal cell carcinoma is a malignant tumor that can recur despite treatment similar to other malignancies. The recurrence can present itself as a metastatic process. The involvement of two sites simultaneously as metastatic recurrence is quite uncommon, more so for that to be the small intestine and the skeletal muscle (psoas). |
