Core Tip Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach is a rare but aggressive tumor that mimics hepatocellular carcinoma both morphologically and serologically. Diagnostic delays occur due to nonspecific symptoms, radiologic ambiguities, and variable biomarker profiles. A multidisciplinary and standardized diagnostic approach is critical to improving early detection and clinical outcomes.
