Core Tip |
Pancreatic cancer is a common cancer of the digestive system and is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. In this report, we demonstrate that oridonin is able to inhibit the growth of human pancreatic cancer (BxPC-3) cells and change the expression of cancer hallmark-related proteins. Inflammatory factors were decreased in BxPC-3 cells treated with oridonin, and oridonin also regulated nuclear transcription factor pathways. We propose that oridonin can reduce growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis in BxPC-3 cells by regulating the nuclear transcription factor-mediated expression of related inflammatory factors. |
