Core Tip Colorectal cancer screening has evolved in various ways during the recent years, as the elected procedures have been included in guidelines in order to increase early detection. Advancements in artificial intelligence have led to its involvement in each of the screening steps, proving their utility in sharpening results, assisting human performance, imaging and better preparing patients. However, there are some limitations that require artificial intelligence applications to be refined and adjusted to the real life, especially in social, privacy and financial matters.
