This is the first reported case of primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma presenting with a gonadal vein tumor thrombus, a manifestation previously unrecognized in this malignancy. The case underscores the pivotal role of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography in detecting rare vascular involvement and guiding staging. It also highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in managing advanced-stage primary testicular lymphoma, which remains a rare but aggressive disease with distinct diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. |
