| Core Tip |
Gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma has various clinical presentations and endoscopic features. While gastric lesions are primarily assessed via endoscopic forceps biopsy, pathological confirmation of MALT lymphoma is frequently challenging, with low detection rates commonly observed. We report a case of gastric MALT lymphoma diagnosed through endoscopic submucosal dissection, highlighting its potential as a diagnostic tool when forceps biopsy yields negative or inconclusive results. |
