Microaneurysms with a diameter of less than 2 mm and a neck of less than 0.5 mm are very rare. This type of microaneurysm is characterized by a small lumen and thin wall and is extremely challenging for surgeons. This article introduces the process of endovascular electrocoagulation for the treatment of aneurysms and provides a feasible solution for the treatment of microaneurysms. |
