| Core Tip |
Colorectal cancer is a commonly encountered malignancy and has potential to metastasize to distant organs. We present an atypical case of an isolated metastatic site that involved only the hilum of the liver and was a metachronous lesion that occurred several years after the initial diagnosis. Presentation in this manner can mimic cholangiocarcinoma and diagnosis is established through pathology. |
