Metastatic basal cell carcinoma (BCC) rarely involves visceral organs, and gastric metastases have never been previously reported. We present the first documented case of metastatic BCC to the stomach in a patient with extensive bone metastases, highlighting the diagnostic challenges associated with this unusual presentation. This case underscores the importance of recognizing atypical metastatic patterns in advanced BCC, and demonstrates the critical role of a multidisciplinary approach in optimizing patient care and guiding end-of-life decision-making. |
