Core Tip |
The endoscopic transluminal management of pancreatic necrosis and/or pancreatic abscess is associated with good initial and long-term clinical success, with acceptable morbidity and mortality rates. The advantages of endoscopic management are related to its minimal invasiveness. The combination of multiple endoscopic approaches is designed to achieve the goals of any treatment strategy. |
