| Core Tip |
The following study focusses on identification of therapeutic properties of the aqueous extracts of T. cordifolia stem and S. siamea pods and leaf in leukemia cell line. Both the plants are found contain therapeutic properties and also found to be a potential treatment for ML by induction of apoptosis by increase in reactive oxygen species (ROS) activity that cause reduction in mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP). The following study is carried out in vitro and needs further clinical study to come to the conclusion. |
