| Core Tip |
This study compared the effects of different enteral nutrition methods in patients undergoing pancreatic surgery after coronavirus disease 2019 infection and found that a jejunostomy tube is safer and more effective than a nasojejunostomy tube, significantly reducing the incidence of postoperative vomiting, pharyngeal discomfort, hypostatic pneumonia, and postoperative hospitalization time while ensuring nutritional support. These findings have significant clinical value and warrant broader clinical application. |
