Core Tip Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is the main risk factor for gastric cancer (GC). However, early diagnosis remains challenging due to the lack of obvious symptoms. In GC, some non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) dysregulated following H. pylori infection show potential as early diagnostic biomarkers. Understanding the role of ncRNAs in H. pylori-associated GC may improve early detection and patient prognosis.
