This study developed and validated a nomogram that incorporates key factors, including age, hepatitis, ascites, hypoalbuminemia, elevated alanine aminotransferase, and prolonged prothrombin time, to accurately predict the risk of incisional hernia following liver transplantation, facilitating the identification of high-risk patients for targeted preventive management. The nomogram developed in this study provides a valuable tool for individualized postoperative management and preventive strategies. |
