Core Tip The insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 3(IGF2BP3)/ F-box protein 32(FBXO32)/ cyclic guanosine monophosphate-protein kinase G (cGMP-PKG) axis represents a novel N⁶-methyladenosine(m⁶A)-driven pathway in gastric cancer progression. Targeting this axis may offer a new therapeutic strategy, particularly for aggressive subtypes characterized by high IGF2BP3 expression.
