Core Tip Continuous stellate ganglion block (SGB) provides significant and sustained benefits for patients with neurovascular headache. In this study, SGB not only reduced headache intensity, frequency, and duration but also markedly improved anxiety and depression, demonstrating its dual effect on pain and psychological comorbidities. Pain relief was strongly correlated with emotional improvement, suggesting shared neurobiological pathways. Shorter disease duration, absence of medication overuse, and lower baseline anxiety predicted better outcomes. These findings highlight SGB as a safe, effective, and comprehensive therapeutic option, supporting early intervention and routine psychological assessment in headache management.
