| Core Tip |
This study evaluated a comprehensive bundle care protocol - an evidence-based, multidisciplinary model integrating dynamic assessment, stratified nutrition and psychological support, and intelligent follow-up - for hepatocellular carcinoma patients after transarterial chemoembolization. Compared with routine care, bundle care significantly improved nutritional status (lower Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment scores), alleviated psychological distress (lower Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale anxiety and depression scores), and enhanced symptom control for post-embolization syndrome, offering a structured and holistic approach to optimize post-transarterial chemoembolization recovery. |
