| Core Tip |
In this retrospective study, OncoVee™-mini patient-derived xenograft-guided postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy significantly improved recurrence-free survival and overall survival in patients with resectable gastric cancer compared with conventional experience-based treatment. The mini patient-derived xenograft platform enables rapid in vivo drug sensitivity testing within 7 days and may provide a feasible strategy for individualized precision chemotherapy selection in clinical practice. |
