We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of conventional tumor markers and cytokines and construct a multiparameter diagnostic model. After four multiparameter joint analysis methods analysis, a model that included carcinoembryonic antigen, cytokeratin 19 fragment, interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha for the detection of lung cancer was built and validated. It may provide more comprehensive theoretical support for the diagnosis and targeted therapy of lung cancer. |
