Pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination alone may be insufficient to reduce psychology burden or birth defects in women of childbearing age. Therefore, integrating targeted health education enhances knowledge-belief-behavior, promotes risk-aversion behaviors, reduces anxiety, and contributes to improved pregnancy outcomes and reduced neonatal birth defects. |
