Core Tip |
Using high throughput quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction microarray, we obtained a panel of miRNAs including hsa-let-7c, miR-218, miR-488#, miR-4683, miR-34c-5p and miR-4773, which can distinguish malignant from benign gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Understanding the mechanisms of GIST tumorigenesis and development, may help to further elucidate the characteristics of GIST subtypes. |
