Adenomas or adenocarcinoma in familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and Gardner’s syndrome are less frequently in the common bile duct (CBD). We report a case of FAP associated with CBD adenomas presenting with symptoms of acute cholangitis and cured after a radical Whipple procedure. |
