Core Tip |
In vitro techniques for manipulating stem cells can enhance the development of stem cell-based therapies and effective prevention against human diseases. This review summarizes the techniques required to generate neural cells from pluripotent stem cells, as well as focusing on current research applications of a simple neuronal differentiation method, the neural stem sphere method. |
