| Core Tip |
C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and natriuretic peptide receptor B (NPR-B) were expressed in the mucosa, muscle, and serosa of rat rectum. Expression of CNP and NPR-B are upregulated in the rectum of depressive digestive disorder rats, with the CNP/NPR-B signal pathway possibly being involved in depressive digestive disorders. Our study shows that Xiaoyaosan inhibits the expression of CNP and NPR-B in a dose-dependent manner. |
