Core Tip |
Cervical hydatidosis is a rare clinical form of the anthropozoonose. The clinical presentation is nonspecific and may be diagnosed only after locoregional complications which can be life-threatening. This paper describes and discusses the clinical and therapeutic features of this disease. Imaging allows an adequate characterization of the mass and helps to planify the surgical approach. The prognosis is generally good provided regular and careful follow-up. |
