This paper represents radiological features of the unique adrenal pathology in a premenopausal woman with Beckwith Wiedemann syndrome, although adrenal masses in BWS should raise the suspicion for adrenocortical carcinoma, yet other adrenal tumors including ovarian thecal metaplasia should be considered. |
