The levels of microRNA-20a (miR-20a) and let-7a have been reported to change in tumors. However, plasma levels of miR-20a and let-7a in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) have not yet been determined. In this study, we found that both miR-20a and let-7a levels changed in ESCC patients compared with healthy controls. MiR-20a and let-7a may serve as biomarkers in the diagnosis of ESCC. |
