Core Tip The clinical presentation of our patient with disseminated erythematic patches and infiltrated nodules suggested a diagnosis of cutaneous involve-ment of T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL). Finally, histopathological examination of a skin biopsy with immunohistochemical study established the diagnosis of T-LBL. For accurate diagnosis, experienced histo-pathologists are needed. We wish to add this case to the current literature of T-LBL with cutaneous involvement, emphasizing the importance of a correct diagnosis and aggressive treatment.
