Core Tip |
As the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) has increased in recent years, the eradication rate of H. pylori has simultaneously declined each year. The aim of this randomized controlled clinical trial was to better characterize the safety and efficacy of a modified sequential therapy regimen for the initial treatment of H. pylori and to compare this treatment regimen with a 10-d standard quadruple treatment regimen for the eradication of H. pylori. |
