| Core Tip |
In this study, we analyzed the expression levels of Bmi-1, EZH2, and miR-203 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and in Hep3B cell line. Comprehensive experimental methods were used to investigate the roles of Bmi-1, EZH2, and miR-203 in Hep3B cell proliferation, invasion and apoptosis. This study aimed to investigate the potential collaborate regulation mechanism of EZH2, Bmi-1, and miR-203 in metastasis and invasion of HCC. |
