Core Tip |
Both QHF and DDP have anti-angiogenic effects in H22 hepatocellular carcinoma in mice. QHF in combination with small-dose DDP has synergistic anti-angiogenic effects and can improve the quality of survival and reduce the incidence of toxic reactions in mice with H22 hepatocellular carcinoma. Besides, QHF can significantly decrease the expression of hepatocyte growth factor, phosphorylated-mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor in the liver tumor tissue. |
