Core Tip |
We retrospectively analyzed 104 patients who had unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. This study indicated that patients with a low pre-treatment lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR) had a significantly worse overall survival rate. Moreover, patients who demonstrated low pre-treatment LMR and normalization after chemotherapy exhibited a better overall survival rate than patients with low pre-treatment and post-treatment LMR values. |
